友邦保險(國際)有限公司（「AIA」）會收集您的公司名稱、英文姓名、電郵及聯絡電話之個人資料作參與由AIA主辦的網上講座及問答環節，以及用作AIA內部分析之用。您的個人資料將會被保密，但可能會分享予受委託為網上講座提供技術服務及支援的第三方服務商。您的個人資料將於網上講座後的4個月內被AIA及受委託之第三方服務商移除。您可選擇不提供登記所需的個人資料，惟這樣會導致不能參與本活動。有關「AIA個人資料收集聲明」的詳細內容，請按此查閱。有關收集個人資料的疑問，可電郵至hk.customer@aia.com。

AIA International Limited (“AIA”) will collect your personal data including company name, English name, email address and contact number for the purposes of signing up to the webinar event and the Q&A session hosted by AIA and internal analysis by AIA. We will keep your personal data confidential, but may share them with entrusted third parties that provide technical services and support to the webinar event. AIA and its entrusted third parties will remove your personal data not later than 4 months after the webinars. Should you wish to not provide personal data required for the registration, you will not be able to attend the event. I agree to the provision and use of my personal data for providing me with employee benefit related services and direct marketing purposes in accordance with the AIA PIC.
