It is assumed that (i) all premiums are paid in full when due and as planned; (ii) the total premiums paid excludes the levy collected by the Insurance Authority; (iii) no death benefit or surrender benefit has been paid before or becomes payable; (iv) no withdrawal has been made and no indebtedness under the policy; and (v) the principal amount of the policy remains unchanged throughout the policy term. |

“Total premiums paid” refers to the total amount of due and payable premiums paid to the AIA PromiseSaver policy and received by us from the policy date up to the end of the current policy year. Total premiums paid does not include any premium(s) paid to us but not yet due and/or any payment in excess of premium(s) currently due and payable.

We will deduct all outstanding debt (if any) under the policy before we make the payment to the beneficiary. |

| # Terms and Conditions of AIA PromiseSaver Flash Offer:

The promotional period of AIA PromiseSaver Flash Offer (the “Offer”) is from 5 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive, (“Promotional Period”). Since AIA PromiseSaver is a product with limited quota, if it sells out during the Promotional Period, or when the quota of the Offer is fully utilised, the promotion will end earlier (i.e. the final promotion end date will be either the Promotional Period end date, or when reaching the quota of the Offer, or the product sell-out date, whichever comes first). The new policy must be applied and submitted within the Promotional Period (based on application date and submission date) and successfully issued on or before 31 December 2024. |

The quota of the Offer is limited to 2,500 and on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. |

The
first 2,500 selected customers who have successfully applied for new policy of AIA PromiseSaver during the Promotional Period as policyowner, with first-year annualised premium of at least US$7,700 are entitled to two “AIA Carnival 2024” Admission Tickets with tokens (valued at HK$300) or a Mandarin Oriental Gift Card (valued at HK$250) (“Gift”). Upon the issuance of an eligible new policy during the Promotional Period, the Gift preference selection link and e-tickets / e-gift cards will be sent to the qualified policyholders’ emails or AIA+ on or before mid-January 2025. If the customer’s Gift preference selection is not received, “AIA Carnival 2024” Admission Tickets with tokens will be provided. The eligible new policy must still be in force at the time of issuance of the Gift, otherwise the customer’s eligibility for the Offer will be forfeited. |

The Gift shall be invalid after the expiry date and is not exchangeable for cash. It will become void once used. No replacements will be issued if lost. |

AIA does not represent the carnival organizer and does not guarantee the quality of the carnival. |

Carnival tickets are subject to the terms of sale printed on the ticket. The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the organizer, including arrangements made in response to the latest epidemic prevention regulations. |

If the participants or winners violate these terms and conditions or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of AIA or any third parties, the relevant participants or winners shall be liable for all the losses. |

AIA is not responsible for verifying the email addresses submitted by eligible customers (policyholders). Should there be any mis delivery of email notification regarding Gift redemption resulted from inaccurate / incorrect information submitted by the eligible customers, AIA will not re-issue the tickets. |

AIA is not the manufacturer / supplier of the Gift and shall have no obligation and liability in any issues that arise from the Gift. Any disputes arising from the offer shall be resolved between the participants and the manufacturer / supplier directly. The use of the Offer is subject to terms and conditions.
