| 3) 終止航空公司合作夥伴 - 亞洲航空（2020年4月22日合約終止） |
「AIA Vitality 健康程式」將於 2020年4月22日正式終止與亞洲航空合作夥伴關係。稍後，「AIA Vitality
健康程式」將引入其他合作夥伴，請留意日後公佈。
若會員需預訂亞洲航空指定航班，其必須於 2020年4月21日或之前透過「AIA Vitality 健康程式」網站完成預訂，而最後的出發日期為2020年
9月30日。有見及此，由即日起我們將遞交該現金回贈申請期限由原來預定航班後7日內延長至30日內，即會員須於預定航班後30天內將相關資料（包括:「AIA Vitality 健康程式」會員號碼、行程表與收據）電郵至 hk.vitality@aia.com，且於會員專頁（登入首頁 > 會員資料 >

| 4) 訂購Fitbit 產品之最新安排（2020年2月1日起生效） |
由2020年2月1日起，Fitbit將更換在香港的授權分銷商並對其網上商店平台服務進行優化工程。因此，Fitbit網上訂購程序將更改為：

| 3) Termination of Airline Partner Benefit - AirAsia (contract expired on 22 April 2020) |
The partnership with AirAsia will be ended on 22 April 2020. AIA Vitality will introduce new benefit partners soon. Please stay tuned for further updates.
Members must make online bookings for AirAsia designated flights through the AIA Vitality website on or before 21 April 2020, with final departure date of 30 September 2020. In view of this, we will extend the deadline for submitting the cashback application from 7 days to 30 days after your flight booking, members must email the flight details (including: AIA Vitality Membership No., travel Itinerary & invoice) to hk.vitality@aia.com,
and update or confirm the bank account details at “AIA Connect” or AIA Vitality member portal (Home > Member Settings > Bank Details for Cashback). The cashback will be transferred to the members’ designated bank account within 3 weeks after submitting all the necessary information mentioned above. | 4) New Arrangement for purchasing a Fitbit fitness device (effective 1 February 2020) |
With effect from 1 February 2020, Fitbit will change to a new authorised distributor in Hong Kong in order to enhance its online store platform services. Hence, the online ordering process will be changed as follows:
Step 1：Log in AIA Vitality through “AIA Connect” and select “Partner Benefits”, then click on “Fitbit”
Step 2：Select your AIA Vitality discounted device
Step 3：Please email your order details (include: AIA Vitality Membership No., phone number, email address & discounted device model) to hk.vitality@aia.com.
We will send your order details to the new vendor to complete your order process.
The above ordering process will supersede the existing online ordering process until further notice. |
